     My mother's veil  

I want to wear my mother's veil but everyone keeps saying its way to old fashioned it has lots of pearls that are stringy with a small bit of flowers, and beautiful headband headpiece, however I am told that its to old fashioned, I really like this veil , as it was special to my mother, and I would love to wear it is it to old fashined to wear your mother's veil?

It's your choice; if you love the veil and you think it looks great on you then go fo it! Be sure it goes well with your gown too!

Dear Lady,

Definitely, If you love it and it has sentimental value to you then you should wear it. Don't let people influence your style, and your day. In the end you have to feel beautiful.

Vintage accessories are really in right now anyway. If this is even an option let me just throw this in, maybe have your veil altered slightly. That way it keeps it's sentimental value with a tweak.

But I do think it's a very sweet idea that you wear your mothers veil.
