Right earrings for dress: studs or dangly?

Hi,

Can the experts please make some recommendations on what type of earrings and bridal jewelry combo would work best with this dress? I have an oval face. I've tried it with a pearl necklace and it doesn't work!

Thanks.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Your dress is gorgeous, and I think it calls more for a Crystal or CZ (Cubic Zirconia) than pearl jewelry, which would add more sparkle to your look. I would suggest a necklace and the earrings that would be of medium size. Chandelier earrings would be too much and studs would be too little and not visible at all, so I would recommend something in the middle, with the bottom part of the earring being not too long but dangling a little bit. This way, it will always be in motion and will give a lot of sparkle. You can see some examples on my website, both at bridal boutique and Before & After photos of brides. Too long an earring could be overwhelming, and the open shoulder and neck area calls for a necklace. I am sure you will look gorgeous! Enjoy your wedding!
