Is it kosher to walk down the aisle in a pair of adorable silk ballet flats? I love ballet flats and since I have flat feet, they would be much more comfortable to wear through the ceremony and reception than...say stilletos or 2 inch heels.

Dear Loves Ballet Slippers,

Your shoes should match the formality of your dress. If the shoes match, you're fine.

Best wishes,

Go for it...wear the ballet flats. First of all comfort is key on your wedding day, and you are going to be on your feet for a few hours so you need to wear shoes you feel good in. Especially since your feet are flat...the ballet slippers would be perfect. Plus ballet slippers are the hottest shoe this season, so why not be trendy on your wedding day too!

Have fun!
