Well, it wasn't planned but it's an amazing surprise. I found out that I'm pregnant and the baby is going to be born approx. 6 weeks before the wedding. I am a little worried about looking great in my wedding dress with the baby weight. Now i know they say to wait approx. 2 months before starting any type of diet. So what i want to know is do you know any safe diet to be on during and after just to keep the baby weight on the lower scale without harming myself or the baby?
