Hairstyle for beach wedding

I am planning a cruise ship destination wedding in Montego Bay. The weather is humid and in the 80's, outside wedding on the beach.

Here is a pic of me and a pic of the hairstyle I want. Do you think it will last? How easy would it be for any salon to do since I will have to depend on the salon on the cruise ship?
