Makeup colors for Maid of Honor

My youngest daughter is the Maid of Honor for my oldest daughter’s wedding. The color of her dress is a celedon green.
I would like to purchase some new makeup for her so she will look polished for the wedding. She is 18, has brown hair, very blue eyes, and fair skin (not too fair). She generally doesn’t wear a lot of makeup and wears L’Oreal’s Bare Mineral Foundation. What colors of blush, eye shadows, and lip color would compliment her dress?
