Shadow Advice For Bride With Brown Eyes

What eye shadow colors do you recommend for a Bride who has bright brown eyes? Thank you so much for your help!

Hello Browned Eyed Girl!

I think a great complimentary color for brown eyes would be plum based colors which enhances brown (making them stand out) rather than matching.

I love the Christian Dior eyeshadow set, #970 stylish move. The darkest color can also be used as a liner, on top of your eyepencil, to set it and to add a pop of color. Try the lightest shade on the brow bone and on the inside corners of the eyes. A medium tone on the lids, the next darkest color in the crease and outer corners of the eyes.

If you are using color on the eyes, go neutral on the other features. Try a neutral gloss with a bit of gold shimmer.

For an everyday look, dont be afraid to try a mascara with color, either over your regular black mascara or by itself. It's a great way to enchance the eye color all by itself. I recommend YSL mascara #5, a beautiful burgundy color.

Have fun!
