     Bridesmaid Hairstyle

I'm a bridesmaid at my friends wedding in 3 weeks.

My dliemma is that I'm taller, bigger, and have shorter hair than the others, including the bride.

They are 5 foot-5 foot 3, and I'm 5 foot 6. They are size 6-8's and I'm size 12 (Australian sizes). They all have below shoulder length hair and Mine is above (though I've been trying to grow it to give me more options. And I have red/brown hair and they are blond, honey brown and dark brown.

They other bridesmaids are doing different variations of a half pony and curling their hair. The bride has very curly hair and will being doing a form of half pony.

WHAT SHOULD I DO? I've been search the www for 3 hours and still have no idea... The only requirement from the bride is that we get a hair pin or clip in there...

I've attached an image that, though it's not me, is very similar to my hair style, with the exception that I have a fringe (or bangs, as the Americans would say). Mine is normally shorter than this, but would be close to this length now (I'm about a month overdue on a cut in trying to grow it for the wedding..)

Any advice would be fantastic....

So sorry but I had to remove your attachment since it required using a program to open it. Please attach only image files in the future.

Have you tried:

Wedding hairstyles, make-up ans weight loss.

Maybe some of the beauty experts have an idea for a short style for you.

There are lots of options for hair just above shoulder length. Your hair is long enough to do an updo or an updo with curls. Just have your hairstylist do it piece by piece. You could also wear it down and wavy or with one side pulled back with a hair pin or clip. You could also do half up, half down with curls.

You have a lot of options and can definitely incorporate the hair pin or clip the bride wants you to. Flipping though magazines is always a great way to look at different hair options as well. Good luck deciding!
