Bride doesn't want any male strippers/dancers (can't blame her). Mother of bride doesn't want anything too risque, because of bride's 16 year old sister. We thought about having a party for her at a Comedy Club, but the bride wants her 16 year old sister involved. Any idea or help would be much appreciated.

You might consider one of the following:
1) A mystery theater dinner. Check local community events to see where one is being held and book the party for that date. They are also sometimes held at hotels, on trains, river boats, etc. You can also book just for your group, depending on the number of people.
2) Take over a health spa for the day, and everyone get facials, nails done, etc......girls day out type of affair.
3) Rent a Bed & Breakfast for the day and contact company and schedule a lingerie party, that way you would have a place for changing and trying on the items.
4) If you live near a lake, rent a party boat for the day and hold the party on the water.
