Dinner and bar crawling locations for bachelorette party are confirmed. Need etiquette advice for the small details that follow:

Is the bride supposed to wear a veil/tiara? What other options are there?

Formal Invitations or is E-mail acceptable?

Party favors for guests; optional or required?

What is a sucker bouquet?
