PLEASE HELP!! Maid of Honor Bachlorette -party problems!

I really need your help. My best friend is getting married on the 18th of July in Maryland and i need to plan her bachlorette party. The problem is, is that i live in Hong Kong and i have to plan this party from this end. I have no idea where the best places to go are in her area!!

Also, my best friend is only 18 years old, which means NO ALCOHOL! To make matters worse i have no idea who she is inviting to her wedding..she tells me that it is mostly family and only a few of her close friends!

Dear Long Distance MOH,

The bachelorette party is an optional party. So, it may be best for you to either step aside and allow someone else to host it or skip it. You really need to know more about the guest list and sites.
