I am sorry for your disappointment but the concern your friend has is not just for the look of her wedding I'm sure since she used the word "coordination of the dresses". I think she probably has concerns that you won't really know what size you'll be, what phase of pregnancy you'll be in (IF you'll even be pregnant by then) and what health concerns you might have too. May times, bridesmaids get pregnant suring the planning of a wedding and it all works out fine but it can offer some issues. It would be best for you to focus on yourself and your baby during this time and be as supportive of your friend as possible. There really isn't much TO say except to let her know that you are disappointed.

If you really want to be in the wedding perhaps you could put off getting pregnant (but you haven't said when this wedding is).
