If you don't get shoes dyed the same color of the dress, I would suggest to go a few shades lighter. Get a swatch of the color and try to match a color in the same tone, but a lighter shade of green. If you don't want the girls to wear a shade of green they can always wear a neutral, like taupe, champagne, or silver. Gold is a popular color this season and would look great with apple green. Your bridesmaids can easily find a stylish gold shoe that they love, and would be able wear again.
