My sister (the bride) and her friend (a bridesmaid) are fighting with each other. The bride is upset that the bridesmaid always seems to bail on her and cant find the time to hang out. But the bridesmaid is doing everything she can to help with the wedding and shower. The bride doesn't seem to understand that her wedding isn't the only thing going on in the bridesmaid's life. So now they're barely speaking to each other. Like I said, the bridesmaid is still being responsible with her duties. As the MOH, is it my job to step in and help them make up or do I leave the situation alone?

As the MOH your job is only to ensure that the bridesmaids are receiving instructions, communications, etc. accurately and are taking care of their wedding details responsibly.
As the bride's sister, though, I would suggest that you have a heart-to-heart with your sister and let her know that you understand her stress, but implore her to cut the bridesmaid some slack. Shayna Walker, Williamsburg Wedding Design http://www.williamsburgweddingdesign.com

I completely agree. And, perhaps she might want to read about what bridesmaids' duties are. It might help her realize that she is expecting too much. Rebecca Black, Etiquette Now
