     Bridesmaid no longer in wedding

My wedding is in 20 days and one of my bridesmaids just informed me yesterday that she doesn't have the money to get the dress and she can't be in my wedding. We have a bestman and 3 groomsman and a maid of honor and now 2 bridesmaids. Is it o.k. for 1 groomsman to walk by hiself?

One groomsman can walk alone or two groomsmen can escort one bridesmaid.

If you really want this woman to be in the bridal party, could someone offer to loan her the money? It's very sad that she waited until the eleventh hour though.
