My brother is getting married, and I've been asked to be the MOH. I don't know the bride very well, nor have I even met the other two bridesmaids. So far, I'm the only one that has paid for the dress and gotten the shoes. The wedding is less than a month away. They haven't even picked their dresses up, let alone have them altered. The bride paid for the dresses ahead of time and they weren't cheap. One of them doesn't even respond to the bride's emails/calls! I've tried to email the girls to remind them of what they need to get done with no response. I don't want to step on anyone's toes since I don't know them, but at the same time, it's not fair the stress they are putting on my brother and his fiance. Do I leave it up to the bride, who they are friends with? I'm at a loss...

Dear Seachel,
I suppose it would be best to keep trying to contact them and prepare her for the possibility of them not following through. With so little time, there is little choice.
