     Gifts for wedding party

I am wondering about gifts for the bridal party. I am paying for half the cost of their dresses (MOH I paid in full). Also, I know that they will not be hosting any parties for me and that's fine. We asked the groomsmen to wear a black suit (one doesn't have a suit, so we are buying him one) and we would just provide them with matching ties.

We are ordering custom engraved toasting flutes for the bridal party that they will receive at the wedding reception. Do we need to get them something else as well?

Thank you.

Dear Starkitty,

You have given them much more than is expected. So, no other gifts should be expected.

If they must travel for your wedding, though, you are expected to provide at least two night's lodging.

Best wishes,
