How to ask your friend to be your bridesmaid.

I am looking for an interesting / fun way of asking my friends to be my bridesmaids. Any suggestions?

Dear How to Ask,

Have you thought of sending them flowers with the request on the card. Or perhaps a telegram? Invite them all out to lunch or dinner and have your request on a place card or napkin.

A singing telegram with your special request scripted out, perhaps done at an informal lunch gathering so it would be a surprise (i.e. the waiter could be the singing telegram). If you do this, be sure and include the restaurant manager in your scheme so you're able to pull it off smoothly.

Keep us posted as to what you decide to do.
