Listing maid of honor as sister of groom in wedding program

How do you describe the Maid of Honor in the Wedding Program when she is the sister of the groom as well as best friend of the bride? Also how do you describe an Usher that is a Friend of the Groom as well as a Brother-In-Law of the Groom?

For Instance
Bridesmaids:
Maid of Honor:
Sarah Smith – Friend of the Bride/Sister of the Groom

Rachel Jones– Friend of the Bride
Elizabeth Brown – Friend of the Bride
etc...

Ushers:
Jared Black – Brother-in-law of the Groom/Friend of the Groom
Jonathon White – Brother of the Bride

Which one do you put?

Dear KLS,

It is best to use the family reference. But, there is no law that says that you can't use both. I wouldn't though, only because it is too long and bulky looking.

Best wishes,
