     Personal Attendant

I was aksed to be a personal attendant for my friend's wedding. I was wondering if anyone knows the responsibilities of being a personal attendant. Thanks!

A personal attendant assists the bride on the wedding day. The duties can very depending on the bride so sit down with her and discuss exactly what duties for which she'd like you to be responsible.

The duties can include, but may not be limited to:

1. Getting people together for pictures.

2. Helping the bride to dress including last minute primping before her walk down the aisle.

3. Being in charge of the boutonierres, corsages and the toss bouquet.

4. Gather together any gifts guests may bring directly to the wedding (note: wedding gifts should be delivered to the home of the bride's mother or the bride before the wedding).
