     Wedding Party

Hi,

I was just curious about having attendants...is it necessary? I have friends, as does my intended, but I do not feel that mine are close enough to me, as we all live in different areas of the country, to be my MOH or even bridesmaids. I would of course be inviting them to the wedding, but is it ok to have a wedding without attendants??

Thanks,
Amanda :)

Dear Amanda,

Of course it is. You could have no attendants or you could have a few family members stand with you (gender is no concern). The number of attendants is really determined by the formality of your event. The more formal, the more you would probably want. So, it is best to keep the guest list and formality down.

Best wishes,

Just a reminder that you will need two witnesses to sign the marriage license though.
