     Younger sister MOH

My little sister is just under the age of 17. We are very close and I was thinking of her being the MOH. Is this to young? Or should I have one of my friends who I am asking to be bridesmaids to be the MOH? Can I have two MOH's?

Thanks for your help!

Yes, you can have two maids of honor. Your sister alone as a maid of honor may feel overwhelmed with the tasks required of the position. It would probably be advisable to have someone more mature to work along with her as Maid of Honor.

DearSjburkey,

Yes, your sister could be your MOH and you could have two. Your sister may not be able to plan and host your bridal ad bachelorette parties though. But, those parties are optional anyway.

Best wishes,
