     backstabbing bridesmaid

I have been told by 4 people one of my bridesmaids has been saying hurtful things behind my back. I know it's true b/c she's done it before. The wedding is in a month and she's already booked her flight and hotel. I don't want her on the altar with me, but how can I tell her w/o "stooping" to her level?

You may want to have a discreet conversation with her but you really shouldn't ask her to step down at this late date. Talk to her about what you're hearing and how you feel.
