Your neice should be a junior bridesmaid since their age is usually eight to fourteen.

My daughter has asked her two sisters to be her bridesmaids in addition to her fiance's sister. Her sisters' ages are 16 and 13, his sister is older. We wanted to just keep it to family in the wedding; in this case, would my daughters then be junior or regular bridesmaids?

The 13 year old is perfect as a junior bridesmaid as long as she isn't really tall or mature for her age. The 16 year old woukd be a bridesmaid.
