can bride's hair and nails be a wedding gift for the hair stylist?

One of my best girlfriends has asked me to be a bridesmaid. I'm overjoyed that she wants me to be a part of this with her. I am also a professional beautician and own my own salon. I was recently notified that she expects me to do her hair and nails, as well as all the bridesmaids and the mothers, but she honestly doesn't think she should have to pay since I'm a friend of hers. I was thinking I could do her as a gift but charge for everyone else. Is that ok? If so who is suppose to pay?

Every member of the bridal party should be paying for their own hair and makeup. If you want to pay for the bride, great. Just offer her a price list and let her know your expectations.
