maid of honor and matron of honor

My best friend from when we were little is my maid of honor. She lives 3 hours away, so she is not able to help a whole lot. I have another friend that is in my wedding who recently got married. I was her maid of honor. She has been helping me out a lot. My question is, Can I have a Maid of honor and a Matron of honor?

Thanks, Floyd Smile

Absolutely, you can have both a Maid of Honor and a Matron of Honor, as long as the maid is not married and the matron is married. Many couples are opting to have both nowadays since they have so many good friends and family members to choose from.

Have a wonderful wedding!
