Fun but useful Ring Bearer gifts

We are trying to be somewhat unique with our attendants gifts. Our bridesmaids are receiving personalized totes with facial, nail, and hair goodies inside. Our groomsmen are receiving ice chests and a house key with their favorite team's logo on it. Our flower girl is my fiance's daughter. We are giving her a ring that resembles our bands. We are having trouble coming up with ring bearer gifts. Our godsons are our ring bearers. One will be 7 and one will be 4 1/2. Does anyone have suggestions for fun, but useful gifts for them?

You can find a good selection by searching at Top Wedding Sites store for ring bearer gifts or gifts for the child in your wedding party.

Thank you for your reply. I looked at the websites that you suggested. I guess I am looking for more creative options... and something fun that they will want to use again. Any other suggestions?

How about a personalized baseball bat?

These are very young children though so typically we give things like banks, books or toys.

How are you imagining they will "use" these gifts?

The baseball bat is a good idea. I think I'll go with something like that. I just didn't want to get something like a collectible that was just going to sit and gather dust!

I understand the thought but, as a mother of two grown children who have been a part of weddings, the gifts that mean the most to them are the keepsakes. The toys get used and are eventually thrown away or given away but the keepsakes are a lasting reminder of their part in your day. They may not appreciate the "dust gatherers" now but they will later on.

Perhaps some small, inexpensive toy they'd get a kick at now, that might also entertain them during the reception, along with a keepsake for later.

Just my 2 cents...Smile

Thank you so much. We've decided to go with engraved piggy banks and something to play with at the wedding. Great idea!
