How old is too old to be a flower girl?

At the time of our wedding next year our flowergirl will be ten. Is this too old to be a flowergirl or would she be considered a junior bridesmaid?

There is no hard and fast rule on age of the flowergirl but typically they range in age from 4 - 8 years old. Consider the girl's size (will she look and act apropriately?) and her maturity level. If she's a bit large for her age or very mature you might want to ask her to be a junior bridesmaid.
