Must There Be Ring Bearer and Flower Girl

I don't have any friends with children yet, and have only a niece who will be 15 months at wedding date. What should I do so I can make her the flower girl (she cant walk yet, now 11 mos.) Is it okay not to have a ring bearer?

Thank You

Gosh, 15 month olds are so unreliable; I would really think twice about having her as the flower girl at such a young age. Unless the parents are going to be really involved I would not consider her for the role. Many times, even the best behaved children "freak out" when they see all of the people.

You don't have to have either of these roles filled; just have a typical bridal party with bridesmaids and groomsmen.
