Son to be part of ceremony

We are getting married in 3 months. Our son will be 2 and a half years old. We have decided to incorporate him into the ceremony. Our celebrant has given us wording for this, which reads:

On the day of this special ceremony, Mum and Dad would like to present this bracelet to you, as each link is a circle without an end that mum and d committment to you in life will never end.

We really want to do this as it will be so special for us, but can we give him a bracelet? Would it be too girly? Is there something else we could give instead that could mean the same?

Well, of course, at age 2 there really isn;t any gift that will have meaning for him now so select the gift with the future in mind. Some sort of keepsake is nice. If you're religious, then maybe a personalized bible. Another idea is The New Beginings Medallion which makes a nice keepsake too. Any of the typical ring bearer gift might work too. Even though he isn;t going to be in the typical role of the ring bearer there could be some items there that are intended for all little boys.
