Wedding Program

I am working on my wedding program and have a question about titles. My six year old daughter will be my only attendant. Would I list her as a "maid of honor" or a "maiden of honor?" One of my friends recently corrected me when I called her the maid of honor and said she was the maiden. Which way should she be listed? Thank you!

She would be referred to as 'maiden of honor'.
