I will be wearing an ivory gown and my fiance will be wearing a light khaki suit for our outdoor wedding. My bridesmaids will be wearing chocolate brown dresses and the groom and groomsmen have matching chocolate brown ties. The groomsmen will not be wearing a coat- only the suit pants. We cannot decide which color shirt my fiance and his groomsmen should wear: ivory, brown, or light blue. Please help!!

Ivory would be the most logical color however I don't suggest you use ivory. With the color scheme you have already going on: ivory, chocolate, light khaki with chocolate brown ties, the best color I suggest to you would be a pale yellow/pale warm yellow. You should try different shades of yellows preferably lighter yellows with a touch of warmth. Brown would blend with the ties and blue would be too bright.
This color scheme will give an elegant look to your wedding.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I love the color scheme you described; it looks elegant and beautifully coordinated. To complement the colors already incorporated into your shceme, I would use light beige or ivory for the groomsmen shirts. There are all kinds of shades of beige available in today's market; when selecting your groomsmen's shirts, make sure to bring the ties along to ensure that the colors look attractive together.
