Traditionally, what does the groom pay for? My future mother-in-law says that he pays for his tux, the honeymoon, and the bride’s bouquet. Is this right, and if so, is this all?

Dear LLaura:
Traditionally here is what the Groom and his family pay for. However, these items may be shared/paid for in the best way for the two of you. Additionally, this list is a guideline and may vary dependent on your individual situation.
Bride's Engagement and wedding rings
Groom's gift to his bride
Gifts for the groom's attendants
The bride's bouquet (only in those regions where the custom is that the groom is to pay for it)
Boutonnieres for the groom's attendants
The officiant's fee or donation
The marriage license
Transportation for the Groom and best man to the ceremony
Expenses of the honeymoon
All costs of the rehearsal dinner
Transportation and lodging expenses for the groom's family
I hope this helps.
