     Another Brother Question

I think that bridemaids/groomsmen are the one thing personal to each the bride and the groom. Is it fair for me to ask that my fiance make my brother a groomsman? It means the world to me that my brother is involved. I'm sure my fiance will do it if I ask, but I think his selections should be about who he wants at his side during the ceremony. Is there another way to involve my brother, besides putting him to work? Or should I just ask?

The selection of the groomsmen and bridesmaids can be the couples choice together. Have a discussion with your groom and tell him your feelings. Perhpas, he too, has a female friend or siste he wants to include as a bridesmaid. The key here is to choose together.

There are other ways your brother could be involved such as with readings and as a part of a familt unity candle ceremony.
