Bride's brother wants out of the wedding party

My fiancee and both of my brothers have been really close the whole time we've been together. He is, however, a lot closer with the younger of the two. It was no surprise when he asked my oldest brother to be a groomsman and the younger of the two to be his best man. Everything seemed fine until the brother who is the best man was helping me with planning the other day. My oldest brother came into the room and announced that he wanted out of the wedding party and no longer planned on attending the wedding. We got into a screaming match, and things have not been quite right between him and me since. He also hardly speaks to my fiancee anymore. My fiancee was not present during our argument, but is still really upset with my oldest brother. I keep trying to get him to talk to my brother, but he won't. Even if he doesn't want to be a groomsman, I don't want to walk down the aisle without my brother there. How do I repair this relationship and get my brother to come to my wedding?
