My brother and I aren't close anymore. I've recently found out that over the past few years he has been talking bad about me behind my back and I really don't want him in my wedding. Do I have to have my brother as one of my groomsmen? The only reason I would have him is because of my mom!

As mentioned in several previous posts, you should ask only those closest to you to be a groomsman. But, if you have other brothers and all of them are invited, that could be uncomfortable.
