     Gloves for ushers

Good afternoon TWQ~

One of our ushers had the brilliant idea of wearing gloves during the ceremony (I think it could look quite snappy and spiffy). Question is, what color? They are wearing traditional, 2-button, notch lapel tuxes with charcoal vest and tie, and ivory shirts. Do they go with black gloves, or should they don ivory (I was leaning toward the latter seeing as how ushers at my church wear white gloves usually when celebrating Communion). Any help will be greatly appreciated as usual. Thank you.

Dear EmpressT,

It would be your choice. Either would be fine.

Best wishes,
