     Grooms Father Issue

I'm getting married in 4 weeks & 3 days & I need help. My mother is in dire state of mind that my dad "should" have a rightful place in the wedding doing something. Everything is completely planned out to the detail but this situation. What can I do to give a duty to my father that won't keep him on his feet to long {due to bad knees & lower back}? I would love for him to do something or be a special part of my wedding but I'm at a loss of how.

If your parents are still married to each other, then have him escort her to her seat. There really is not much more he can do, given what you have described here.

Cheers!
