     Groomsmen gifts

I have been searching for the right information on this and I cant seem to find anything. I am trying to find information on groomsmen gifts, and how much to spend, and who buys them.

My husband's brother is getting married and we found out he has selected a tux that will be $150 to rent but only selected a $10 duffle bag as a groomsmen gift.

I know the gift doesnt have to be the exact value of the tux rental. But taking into consideration the groomsmen's time, tux rental, driving and any other efforts, the $10 gift seems to be a slap on the face.

Please let me know what is appropriate and I will let the bride to be know. Thankyou.

Attendant gifts are really optional (although most couples do give their bridal party a gift), so any gift should be considered generous and accepted graciously.
