     How old does the best man have to be??  

Does anyone know if there is an age limit of how old the best man has to be??if u can answer that would be great thank you

Dea Rebecca:

There really is no "rule" governing the age of the best man however, if he is to be one of your witnesses then, he needs to be at least age of consent (whatever that age is in the area where you are marrying).

ok. now can anyone at the wedding be used as a witness or does it have to be someone in the wedding party?

Actually anyone can sign as witness. It is a legal document. It is usually the best man and MOH, but it doesn't have to be.
