     Is It alright to give your new groom a rosary if he is catholic as a wedding gift?  

 I was told only pocket watches for the grooms, was apporiate yet my finace is catholic I am considering a rosary instead is this a inapporiate gift for the groom on our wedding day ?

If he is a practicing Catholic who reveres or uses the rosary, it is a lovely thoughtful gift. You, above any one of us giving advice, will know if this gift will be meaningful for him.
