     my boyfriends a groomsmen

My boyfriends a groomsmen in his sisters wedding and I never met anyone from his family yet and I worried about going to the wedding I really shy and basically sun down when around new people. I worried that during the reception he be sitting with the rest of the wedding party and I be all alone with people I don’t even know and I be freaking out his family is Vietnamese and I afraid I have no clue whats up and what they saying and such. I even terrified of meeting his family. I kind of don’t even want to go because I don’t want to sit all alone and not know anyone around me. I really loose it when I am around people I don’t know and am not next to someone I know. what should I do????????Unsure

I can understand how scared you must be feeling - try to tell your boyfriend and suggest you meet up with at least some of the family before the big day. As you say, he will be busy and hopefully he will find someone who will keep an eye out for you at the wedding. That should make you feel more confident.
