     no bridesmaids?

I am getting married in a year. I have never had a lot of girlfriends, nor do I have a lot of women in my family. I have a younger brother and a lot of boy cousins. I decided that I don't want to deal with women and I want all groomsmen and "bridesmen", plus it is very important to me that my brother stands next to me. Is this normal, does anyone ever do this? How would they walk down at the ceremony?

Dear Prefers Bridesmen,

Yes, this is done and is fine. Your brother would stand next to you the same as a MOH would and is called ah Honor Attendant. He would be the last one walking up the aisle before you. Your bridesmen would walk the same as bridesmaids would. There is no difference.

They would be dressed the same as the groomsmen except their boutonniere would be in a color that compliments your bouquet.

Best wishes,
