     Bridal Shower Place Cards

Blush My cousin is having a very large and very formal bridal shower. She is having place cards set out for the ladies for seating arrangements. Should it matter how the women's names are written on the place cards? Should it be Mrs. Emily Smith or just simply, Emily Smith?

Dear Angie-Poo,

A large shower is not appropriate. It is like asking a large group of women for two gifts each. This may appear as an improper reception.

But, we list names with titles for formal parties.

It would be best if this party was planned as a small affair.

Best wishes,
