My daughter is getting married at our home. The only people present will be the bride & grooms siblings and parents.
Can her sisters throw her a bridal shower? The guests at the shower will be my sisters & sisters-in-law, and their daughters. They are all aware that my daughter is having a private/ immediate family only wedding.
I really want to have some sort of celebration with my extended family. But my daughter will be moving out of state immediately after the wedding. If I bridal shower is not appropriate, can I hold some sort of party/reception a few weeks before the wedding?
