Father of the brides second wife invited to the same shower as mother of the bride
My daughter is getting married in Mexico in January 08 and her maid of honor is throwing a shower for her in the Fall. It will be her only shower as this will be a small destination wedding. They are inviting my ex-husband's new wife and I'm feeling uncomfortable. I would say my daughter and I are very close and she is not close to her step mother but feels she needs to invite her because her dad gave her money for the wedding. Do I need to just get over it?
