MOG is hosting the shower, still have to give a gift?
Does the MOG have to also give a wedding shower gift if she is hosting and paying for the whole shower?

We have very many posts concerning wedding shower etiquette. It may be best to read them, as it is improper for a mother to host. You will find the reasons as you read.
You are expected to give one shower gift if there is a shower and if it is traditional gifting shower. More couples are opting for the gift-less shower these days, though.
