Naming a theme for a bridal shower.

I am hosting a Bridal shower for a bride who has had several showers already. She is in need of kitchen items but also desperately needs more of her china, crystal and flatware. My question would be.. Does a Kitchen shower cover those items or can it be worded Dining/Kitchen shower? Help!

Dear Cheverton,

I'm sorry, but this wouldn't be appropriate as no bride should have more than two showers plus a work shower. This would appear as greedy. Her guests still have to purchase wedding gifts. This just isn't fair to them.

Not every wedding guest should be invited to a shower. Only those very close are. So, if she has had multiple showers, she can't have too many guests to choose from to invite to another.

Plus, we don't receive everything we need from others.

Best wishes,
