Who Decides on the Date for Bridal Shower

Who decides the date for a bridal shower that is not a surprise shower? There are four people giving a shower plus I must travel 1.5 hours by car to attend.

Those who are hosting decide on the date with the consideration of all parties involved.

I completely agree. And, I sincerely hope you mean that four people are hosting one shower. Four showers is not proper and borders on greed.

I have a bit of concern with four people hosting as well. There really is no reason four should have to host if the shower is proper. This should be a small intimate affair. I suppose if it were held in a restaurant, the bill would be much more reasonable split by four people. This would be the only reason I can think of for this many people being needed as hosts.
