Crazy What is the proper or acceptable way to word invitations for "gift cards preferred or gifts shipped direct to bride" due to luggage restrictions on flights? The bride lives in FLA and will be flying home after the shower. Bridal shower will be held in PA. Laugh

There isn't any proper wording because it's not polite to dictate the sort of gift a guest should bring. Besides, a shower is all about opening the gifts. Imagine the bride opening gift cards and announcing sums of money? Not nice. Have the bride pack up all of her gifts and have them shipped back home or consider hosting a giftless shower.
